A Foolproof Way to Find Inner Peace Daily

As we kick off 2020 and get back to our high-pressure jobs, our stress levels are spiking. Stress is, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), an epidemic; it’s the leading cause of death globally for teenagers all the way to people in their late twenties. Fiji is no different, with high rates of heart attacks, domestic violence, and suicides.

As a fledgling Heartfulness trainer, having served for just over four months, I’ve been amazed to see the difference in my family members and complete strangers who have taken up meditation. Heartfulness meditation offers a simple heart-centered meditation practice as well as a cleaning technique that clears daily stressors to keep us calmer and more in harmony with ourselves and those around us, whether at work or at home.

My cousin, who is a self-professed angry person, has stopped reacting in anger, and regularly expresses her gratitude at discovering Heartfulness. Now, the Heartfulness Institute is bringing a wonderful opportunity to Fijians – a free monthly webinar series that not only explains what Heartfulness is, but includes a short meditation and a chance to ask and have your questions answered. Our speaker is Mr. James Joseph, VP at global IT company HTC in Michigan, and Heartfulness Trainer for over 25 years. Sign up for the first one, which is on Saturday January 18th at 2pm Fiji time.

If you’re not Fijian but want to learn to meditate too, contact your nearest local Heartfulness trainer using Heartspots and check out these other Heartfulness Webinars. Heartfulness is always free. Let’s make the world a more peaceful place, starting with our own hearts. There is plenty of chaos and pain around the world right now, so let’s be a force for love and kindness. You will thank yourself daily for the peace and rejuvenation you feel.

Our webinar speaker has over 25 years’ experience as a Heartfulness trainer.
