Living and Leading Authentically: A Framework for Empowerment and Flourishing
I’ve been birthing books for the past 2.5 years and it’s been almost nonstop. The latest set of books arrived in a framework, armed with courses! I guess my channeling has come to a different phase now: it’s intensifying!
Two weeks ago, we published The Path to Romantic Success: What You Won’t Learn in School or at Home About Finding True Love. Next, I wrote up the course lesson plans for a 13-week online course. The course launches soon, and delves deeply into what it takes to cultivate self-love, confidence, and self-respect, and how those qualities draw our true love to us. Stay tuned!
Over three consecutive days this past week, I conceptualized and drafted a second book. This one is about how to overcome fear and trauma that originates from being abused. Before I wrote this book, I drew up a framework with four books and five courses so far. The core of this framework is Alchemus Prime’s science-based Diamond Model, which is summarized by one of our tag lines: connect, create, transform, sustain. In the model, we integrate four bodies of knowledge: meditation, design thinking, behavioral sciences, and biomimicry.
As you can see from the diagram below, with books, and courses in italics for each of our four prongs, our framework paves the way for how to live and lead authentically by loving the self, removing barriers such as abuse, finding and being the true self, and lastly, manifesting a career that springs forth from that true self. Our services such as coaching and career manifestation retreats support these life stages, and now we will add courses help in a different way. Margaret (Mom, and our wellness advisor in residence) is in the process of writing the Career Manifestation book, and the book on true self is in the outline stage. Note: book titles with asterisks are tentative.
I’m in the process of finalizing course descriptions and lesson plans. We will offer these two courses first, on self-love and writing respectively:
Romantic™: Finding True Love
Prolific™: Your Path to Creative Flow
As with all our books, I receive them in flashes of inspiration and intuition, and write them in a few days or weeks. I’m finding that the more I meditate, the more creative flow I experience.
Many of our previous books, including our essay collection and poetry volumes, will also form course materials for the classes I mention here. It’s all coming together very cohesively. I always tell clients that over time I’ve discovered I’m a detail-oriented person – I build strategy from the ground up. This is a perfect example of how the pieces are fitting together into a bigger picture. That paradigm is one of love overcoming fear, as Jim Carrey so eloquently explained in his famous commencement address.
I look forward to your feedback on the latest book once it’s out, and if you like what you’re reading and are interested in any of these books or courses, drop me a note and let’s discuss.
