I guess Justin Timberlake didn’t know what would happen after he set the stage some years ago with his hit single Sexy Back. More recently, JT brought veganism into vogue with his adorable and salient tofu routine “Bring it on Down to Veganville” on Saturday Night Live.

Well, JT was onto something. If you take a moment to look around, vegan is the new sexy.

The often controversial People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) recently announced that Miley Cyrus is their Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2015. And, it was a tough decision:

“As Ariana Grande surpassed her one-year mark since going vegan, Richard Linklater celebrated being vegetarian for more than three decades, and Sen. Cory Booker made the transition from vegetarian to vegan—not to mention the many other notable figures who went vegetarian or vegan—PETA was faced with an embarrassment of riches in choosing its Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2015.” 

PETA also claims that vegans girls run the world. Ahem. Well, men, you need to step up and pay attention. Because, as it turns out, you’ll do better in bed if you ditch the meat and dairy! There are six ways men can experience and offer better sex on a vegan diet:

• More blood flow, you know, down there
• More energy, which means better endurance
• Better natural lubrication
• Fresher body odor and better tasting, um, body fluids
• Smoother skin
• Less stress and more happiness

Also, the masculinity of vegan men is being celebrated by the likes of Arnie the Governator, and others.

One of the most recent male celebs to go vegan is Liam Hemsworth (swoon), and, of course, my favorite is Avatar director  James Cameron. Some of the divas who are vegan strong include Serena and Venus Williams, and Erykah Badu.

Overall, the list of vegan celebs is ever-growing and now close to 400!

Well, there you have it. Vegan = Sexy.
